Refund policy

Chocodogger offers free shipping to customers worldwide on orders over $50. Our US shipping time is 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not guarantee delivery within this time frame and are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or other factors beyond our control. If your purchase does not arrive within 30 business days of purchase, we will refund the full amount.

All orders include tracking information. If you require expedited shipping or have any other special shipping requirements, please contact us before placing your order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins from the day of delivery of the last item on your order, including weekends and public holidays.

To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your customer account at https://account.chocodogger.com. If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the return request link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item. The refund will include the original standard outbound shipping charge. Expedited or special shipping costs are not refundable.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, including Custom items and Chocogold collars and leashes, as these are made to order.

General Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items made to order — including Custom items and Chocogold collars and leashes — are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable outside of the EU withdrawal right described above.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund per your preference.
